Here’s what you’ve got to look forward to:
Improved SEF Report Printing Options:
As a result of the recent changes made by Ofsted, we’ve updated options for the format of the SEF report:
- Hide Overall Judgement: We’ve added a toggle in both the Draft and Agreed SEF Report to allow users to hide the overall judgment when printing, bringing your reporting in line with the latest Ofsted changes.
- Thumbnails for SEF Reports: When printing your SEF or Team SEF reports, you’ll now see relevant thumbnail images next to the selected output options. This helps you decide which report format works best for you.
Surveys Decommissioning:
As you will have seen in our previous communications since September 2024, the Surveys Module has finally been decommissioned as we continue to focus on the features that matter most to you:
- Surveys Module Removal: You will now see that we have removed the Surveys module from the Perspective menu.
- If you still need to access any of your previous surveys, please contact our Support Team using the details at the end of this email.
Enhanced Security with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
Security has always been our top priority, and with our latest update, we’re giving you more options for how users log in to Perspective.
- User Choice: Users can now choose to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from their account settings, adding an extra layer of security.
- Email or App: Users can choose to use email or an authenticator app to generate their login codes.
