We’re thrilled to share some new updates we’ve added to your Perspective accounts! These updates are the first phase of enhancements designed to streamline your work across Professional Standards.
A quick overview of what’s new:
- SEF Reports: Customise your SEF reports with options to show or hide: Judgements, Bite-Sized Questions (BSQs), or Targets.
- New Staff Category Feature: We’ve added a new Staff Category selection dropdown within the User Settings page. Categorise your Teaching Assistants, Support Staff and many more to help refine your analysis and provide targeted templates for different users.

Coming Soon: New and Better Ways to Manage Your School’s Professional Standards
- Staff Categories: Assign standards to specific groups like teaching staff, teaching assistants, and support staff. This helps ensure the right people get the correct standards and makes your analysis more accurate.
- Required Standards: Mark a standard as “required.” This helps staff know which standards they need to complete for their annual review and allows managers to focus on the most important ones.
