Introducing File Request Role Targeting & File Prefixes

We are pleased to announce that Broadcast just got a significant update! You can now send File Requests by role and prefix all downloaded file names with either a school URN or DfE number.

Both these updates will save you time and boost efficiency. Dive in and explore the new features.

• New File Download Prefixes: Prefix your file downloads with the school’s URN or DfE numbers to simplify your identification process when downloading multiple files with the same name.
• Extended Roles Functionality: Send file requests to one or multiple roles, ensuring the right person gets your file requests every time. Need a budget return from your finance manager or updated pupil details from your SENCO… No problem!
