Creating your bespoke staff feedback forms.
We know many schools love using Perspective because you can create your own feedback forms using the Observations module. This module is for any staff/departmental feedback form you’d like to use in school.
We’ve made this area of Perspective super flexible, so users can customise their own templates to help make them specific to a school’s requirements.
To help make this easier when creating a new template, we’ve added descriptors to let you know what the different scales mean. You can scroll through to take a look OR start typing, and Perspective will present you with any options that meet your requirements.
For example, let’s say you wanted to create a learning walk form, and one of the things you’d like to monitor during a learning walk is behaviour.
You can add ‘Behaviour’ as something we would like to monitor, and you may decide this is something you would like to RAG rate. We’ve made this super easy for you. Check out this handy video to see how.
Manage your staff list in Perspective.
You will also see in the User Management section we have made it easier to find a user with a single search box that will look across any part of the user’s name, email or code.
You can use this to determine a user’s permissions, archive them or resend their login details.
Visits refresh…
We have updated the records of visits page to introduce some new functionality as well as a visual refresh!
You can access your visits using the ‘LA’ menu on the blue bar at the top. All of the same information is there as it was before, but now you can filter and search to find the visit/report that you want.
Filter by Visit type, Date, Visit status and adviser or type in a keyword to search across the Visit focus/category.
