Flexible Working

Finish Early Fridays!
To say thanks for all your hard work, every other Friday we all down tools at lunchtime, for some extra time to relax and recharge.
Creative Spaces
Our office space is circus-themed, complete with ball pool, fairground games, swings and a gypsy caravan. There are spaces for quiet focused work, as well as for larger collaboration sessions.
Ongoing Training
As well as online courses, regular group learning sessions and formal training, we support staff to progress their careers via masters or other courses.
Innovation Days
At various points in the year we step away from our regular day-to-day in order to take time out to foster innovation and creativity. This involves working on a whole variety of projects spanning different teams and having a whole load of fun too!
Generous Leave
You’ll start with 20 days but then we also shut down the office over Christmas so everyone can have a good rest and start fresh in the new year. Plus, you get your birthday off, and after 5 years, you'll get 5 extra holiday days!
Health & Well-being
After 3 months, all Angel staff receive comprehensive private health insurance, to make sure you're taken care of, and give you extra peace of mind. This can be extended to your family after 5 years. We also offer generous sick pay if you're ever poorly.
Parties & Gatherings
We love to come together and celebrate whenever it's possible to do so. Our Christmas parties are legendary, and the summer fun days are a highlight of the year.
